ECSS (Guangdong) Technology Co., Ltd. , located in Changping Town, Dongguan City, specializes in the machining of ultra-precision and intricate structures mec- hanical components, with the highest accuracy reaching within 0.001mm.
Our product range covers 5-axis ultra-precision parts, intricate curved surface components, mirror-finished parts, blades and all types of ultra-precision structural parts, such as impellers, special-shaped bases, cavities, equipment pedestals, shafts, superconducting cavities, vacuum microwave devices, and various ultra-precision structural components in different sizes.
We engage in the R&D and production of precision components, serving industries including aerospace, defense , semiconductors, optics, precision machine tools, robotics, UAVs, National Laboratory Specialized Equipment, new energy vehicle parts and automation equipment. Processable materials include but are not limited to carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, tungsten steel, titanium alloy, high-speed steel, niobium、tantalum, molybdenum, ceramics and glass.
Our factory boasts full-range state-of-the-art equipment, encompassing ultra-high precision Beijing Jingdiao engraving & milling machines, Japanese Mazak CNC machining centers and Okamoto grinders. The maximum machining dimension reaches 4 meters, while the minimum can be controlled within 0.1mm. We also adopt high-precision vacuum & hydrogen welding machines to meet welding requirements for dissimilar metals. For precision measurement, we are equipped with Zeiss coordinate measuring machines and contour measuring instruments, with a coordinate measuring accuracy within 0.001mm.
